Herald Thursday, February 12, 1948 Page Nine PAUL BOWMAN RITES CONDUCTED HERE ON MONDAY MORNING Funeral services were held at 10 o'clock Monday morning at the Tanner Street residence of Judge W. C. Bowman, for his son, Arnold Paul Bowman, who died last Saturday of a slow cerebral hemorrhage, following an illness of six weeks. Burial was made in the Sikeston Mausoleum. Arnold Paul Bowman was born in Sikeston February 15, 1896. He received his education in the Sikeston public schools. Later he attended the University of Missouri. He was a stockholder, and for many years a salesman of the Scott County Milling Company, of which his father is president and in which his brothers are officials. Mr. Bowman united in marriage to Miss Margaret Dover, who with their three children survives. They are A. P. Bowman, Jr., a student at the University of Wisconsin, Mrs. Robert Wesley Howard, Biloxi, Miss., and Phillip Dover Bowman, a student at State College, Cape Girardeau. A granddaughter, Mary Linville Bowman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. P. Bowman, Jr., also survives. Other survivors are his father, W. C. Bowman, and six brothers, who are Lyman, Lee, Sam and Byron of Sikeston and Joe and W. C. Bowman, Jr., of Montgomery, Ala., and three sisters, Mrs. Wm. Thos. Shanks and Mrs. Milem L. Limbaugh of Sikeston and Mrs. L. P. Hulick of Mansfield, Ill. All attended the last rites. Thanks: Carol J. Bowman (Scott Co.
