    ALTON, Ill.----- Mrs. Ethel Elizabeth Carr, 74, a former resident of
    Sikeston, Mo., died Tuesday at 8:30 P.M. in St. Joseph hospital.
    She was born in Kentucky Feb. 25, 1896. Her husband, Alfred Carr died Sep. 4, 1949.

    Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Ray Rister, Alton; one sister, Mrs Ora
    Clifford    , Seattle, and two grandsons.

    Friends may call at the Nunnelee Funeral Home Sikeston, after 7 p.m.
    tonight. Services will be Friday at 11a.m. in the chapel with the Rev. Joseph H.Wagner, pastor of the First United Methodist Church, officiating.
    Burial will be in the City Cemetery in Sikeston.
