CHAFFEE – Alvin William Enderle, 94, died Oct 21, 1997, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston,   Born Jan 7, 1903, at Tillman, son of the late Charles Bernard and Hermenia Feurhahn Enderle, he retired as a bridge workman for the Frisco Railroad Company, in Chaffee and was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.  On Sept. 6, 1926, he married Amanda Marie Stubenrauch who preceded him in death on Dec. 5, 1996.  Survivors include: one daughter, Bertha Hamm of Oran Route 1; and six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, three great great-grandchildren, and one great-great stepgranddaughter.  One son, two brothers and two sisters also preceded him in death.  Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, where services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Wayne Schwiesow officiating.  Burial will follow in the St. Ambrose Catholic Cemetery.
