    Miss Della Mae Inman
    , 76, died September 13, 1972, in a Ste. Genevieve hospital where she had been a patient for two weeks.

    She was born Feb. 20, 1896 in Olive Branch, Illinois and was a former resident of Benton.

    She is survived by three brothers Les A. Inman of Oran, William E. Inman of Sikeston, and Warren S. Inman of St. Louis; two sisters Mrs. Vergie Taylor of Benton and Mrs. Irene Utnage of St. Louis.

    Arrangements were handled by Amick Burnett Funeral Home in Oran.   Services were held in the Amick Burnett Chapel with Rev. W. S. Bailey of Perkins, a Baptist minister, officiating, assisted by Rev. Larry Evans, pastor of First Baptist Church in Oran.

    Burial was in 100F Cemetery at Charleston.

NOTE: The following obituary is contributed by Floyd Cooper, from the records of his grandfather Rev. William Sidney Bailey who was pastor of several churches around southeast Missouri in the 1940's, 1950's, 1960's and 1970's (Perkins, Chaffee, Commerce, Hayti, Wyatt, Clarkton, and Blodgett). Rev. Bailey was living in Perkins when he died at the age of 82 and is buried in the Williams Cemetery in Perkins, MO.
