Kenneth C. Lenon - 1916 - 1964 He was born December 21, 1916 at Farrenburg, Missouri. He was the son of the late W. L. Lenon and Mrs. B. E. Williams of Perkins, Missouri. He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Knowlton, one son at home, Kenneth A., two daughters, Mrs. Robert Zeitymann of Pasadena, Texas, and Mrs. William Wacker of Kankakee, Illinois and three grandchildren. Other survivors are his mother Mrs. B. E. Williams of Perkins, Missouri, two brothers Walter of Jefferson City, Mo., and Lee of Sacramento, CA, three sisters Mrs. Charles Irwin of Perkins, Mrs. Albert Elfrank of Advance and Mrs. Keith Roberts of Chillicothe, Illinois, and many friends. His father preceded him in death December 10, 1944. NOTE: The following obituary is contributed by Floyd Cooper, from the records of his grandfather Rev. William Sidney Bailey who was pastor of several churches around southeast Missouri in the 1940's, 1950's, 1960's and 1970's (Perkins, Chaffee, Commerce, Hayti, Wyatt, Clarkton, and Blodgett). Rev. Bailey was living in Perkins when he died at the age of 82 and is buried in the Williams Cemetery in Perkins, MO.
