    b Sept 1, 1909  died Sept 8 1997,  the eighth child of Edward Lawrence Miller and Caroline Kielhoefner.  Burial was at Guardian Angel Cemetery next to his parents. Known to family as Nooney and left a host of nieces and nephews.

    From the Standard -Democrat: NUNNIE MILLER Oran- Andrew "Nunnie" Miller, 88, died at 7:10 p.m. Sept. 8, 1997, at the Miner Nursing Center. Born Sept 1, 1909, at Oran, son of the late Edward and Caroline Kielhoefner Miller, he retired as a mail carrier from the Oran Post Office, was U.S. Army World War ll veteran and a member of Guardian Angel Catholic Church and St. Joseph Sodality of the church. In 1945, he married Dorothy Mae Monan who died Aug 1, 1997 Survivors include: one stepdaughter, Jean Williams of Morrilton, Ark: and five step-grandchildren, seven step-greatgrandchildren and nieces and nephews. One brother and six sisters preceded him in death. Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran, where parish prayers are scheduled for 7 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Guardian Angel Catholic Church, with the Rev. Lewis Hejna officiating. Burial will follow in Guardian Angel Catholic Cemetery Pallbearers will be: Harold Sietman, Floyd McConnell, Benny Ray, Alfred Asmus, Henry Brinker and Mark Asmus
