    CHARLESTON – Jan 28, 1988 – Henry Louis Renaud, 60, died at 10:10 p.m. Wednesday at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.  Born Sept 28, 1927, in Mississippi County to the late Henry Louis and Appolonia Mary Unterreiner Renaud, he was a member of St. Henry’s Catholic Church in Charleston and the Knights of Columbus. He was a life-long resident of Mississippi County where he worked as a farmer and was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army.  On May 12, 1948, he married Dorothy Howlett, who survives of the home.  Survivors include: one son, Mike Renaud of Charleston; two daughters, Becky LaPlant of Sikeston and Sara Boyer of Festus; one brother, Harold Renaud of Louisville, Ky.; four sisters, Beatrice Baudendistel and Gertrude Stricker of Charleston, Catheirne Pottinger of Dallas, Texas, and Mabel Tenkhoff of Oran; and five grandchildren.  One brother and one sister preceded him in death.  Friends may call after 5 p.m. Friday at the McMilke Funeral Home of Charleston, where prayer services are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be conducted at St. Henry’s Catholic Church at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev Mark Ernstmann officiating.   Burial will follow in IOOF Cemetery.
