Model of F-4 donated to the MoANG by a Florissant Boy Scout Troop 709.  Col John Layman, 131st TWF Commander (left), unidentified scout, CMSgt. Joe Delia, TSgt. Jerry Mossinghoff, unidentified man at tail of model.  The Guard provided the materials for building the plan, while the scouts did the manpower. SMSgt Wilbur Tackaberry coordinated the effort on the Guard's behalf, and Boy Scout Troop leader, Dave Abel, overseen the building.  [Enlargement]
