1840 Pike Co. Another Andrew Zumwalt who married Margaret Baldridge is listed
in Probate Vol. 1 #262 when letters of adm granted to William Skinner.
Andrew never went to Polk County. He died before Zumwalts went there. His
widow Arretta, and 2 children lived in Pike County MO. Pike and Polk are often
confused.
listed on 1830 St. Charles Census. After death of Andrew, Arretta took family
to Pike Co, MO. Probate records appoint Andrew Fosgey guardian of the
children. Arretta was appointed guardian first.
