James Thomas Duncan and Nellie Johnson Duncan (born 4 March 1880, died April 1969) were my great-grandparents, and so far as I know, they lived their entire lives in the Corinth area. Their children were Maude, Clara Sue, Thomas J. (Tommy), Lucille, Mildred, Hattie Velma, Loretta, and Joe. I am looking for any information about the ancestors of James Thomas Duncan and Nellie Johnson Duncan.
Here is what I know so far:
Nellie Johnson was the child of Greenberry and Cynthia Lumpkin Johnson. Cynthia Lumpkin and Greenberry Johnson were married on 12 April 1877 in Alcorn County, MS. Cynthia had a sister named Ellen Lumpkin who married Greenberry Johnson's brother Alfred N. Johnson (born Rome, GA). Greenberry and Alfred Johnson had two other brothers, Andrew and William.
