I am trying to locate a daughter of James and Nancy Mahalia Foshee (Forshee) Burton. I do not even know her name, although it may be Elizabeth, or Lizzie; I've found one reference to a Lizzie. She maried a R. L. Harrell (Harwell, Harvell) of Corinth, MS. O n her father's death certificate, the signature is this R. L Harrell of Corinth, Miss. The death certificate was signed 30 Jan 1927. My mother remembers a great aunt who lived in MS, but can not remember her name. The Burtons lived in Columbus, Hickman Co, KY, but the daughter would have been born in Missouri. Hope someone out there can help me!! |

My widowed gg grandmother Lucinda Saxon DICKSON moved to the Rienzi area, possibly to the town around 1881, after the death of her husband Stephen Kinyard DICKSON.
