Adelia Bain Burns is the daughter of Alexander Bain and Rosetta Huffman Bain. Rosetta Huffman is one of the daughters of William Huffman, one of Attala Counties early settlers.

Rhonda Box Givens, the indiviual that submitted this photograph is the granddaughter of Elmer Burns, the great granddaughter of John David and Adelia Bain Burns; the great-great granddaughter of Alexander and Rosetta Bain and the great-great granddaughter of Laflora Nowell Burns. William Huffman was her third-great grandfather.
