    Sidonia Greenwald Baum
    Mrs. Sidonia Baum, one of the best known women in the city, died at a local hospital Friday at 9 p.m. after a week’s illness.

    Surviving her are three sisters, Mesdames Ben Cohen, Hettie Feibelman, Meridian; Sa Rosenbaum, Gadsden, Ala; four brothers, Joe and Sam Greenwald, Joe and Same Meyer, all of Meridian; a number of nieces and nephews.

    The body was taken to the home of Mrs. Ben Cohen, 2806 Seventh street.

    Funeral arrangements will be announced in Sunday’s Star.

    Funeral services of Mrs. Sidonia Baum, whose death occurred Friday evening, will be held from the residence of her sister, Mrs. Ben Cohen, 2806 Seventh street Sunday at 10:30 a.m., Dr. William Ackerman, rabbi of Temple Bet Israel officiating. Interment will follow in the Jewish cemetery.

    Active pallbearers: Dave Greenwald, Harold Meyer, Irvin Cohen, Sylvan Cohen, Jose S. Meyer, Irvin Greenwald.
