Charles Nicholson officiating. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Boggs, 78, of Jackson, died Monday, March 15, 1999, at the Mississippi Veterans Home. He was a retired teacher and a member of the VFW Post 49. Survivors include a son; James F. Hayes of Cody, Wyoming; a sister, Mildred Hughes of Meridian; and 2 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, William Henry Hayes. |
