Born: August 6, 1916 in Lauderdale County, MS Died: June 12, 1960 in Lauderdale County, MS Milton Royals Gray, 43, of 2013 42nd Ave., died Sunday at 3 pm in St. Joseph Hospital. He was a retired bookkeeper for Armour & Co. Mr. Gray is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary Anna Coleman Gray; 2 sisters, Mrs. J.H. Sheehy and Mrs. W.A. Hays of New Orleans, LA; two brothers; Leo Gray of Pascagoula, MS., and Iulys Gray of Meridian. The funeral will be at 2 pm Tuesday at Webb Funeral Home Chapel. The Revs. W.H. Henderson, H.D. Booth officiating. Interment is to follow in Stinson Cemetery. Pallbearers: John Lee Knight, Leonard Luke, Jack Farmer, Lamar Taylor, Bennie D. Smith, and Charles Brown. Honorary: All friends of the family and employees of Sears & Armour’s. |
