    Willard Rudolph Pickett
    Services for Willard Rudolph Pickett will be held Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Devoe Cemetery. Mr. Pickett, 84, of Petal, died Friday, March 7, 2003, at Forest General Hospital. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and the Korean Conflict. Survivors include his wife, Hilda Pickett of Petal; four sons, Ray Pickett and his wife, Betty, and Toby Pickett all of Texas City, Texas and Ronnie Pickett and his wife, Jan, and Paul Pickett and his wife, Diane, all of Meridian; two stepsons, Robert Pearce and Mark Pearce and his wife, Jeanie, all of Petal; a daughter, Judi Peavey and her husband, Bob, of Birmingham, Ala.; and a stepdaughter, Laura Humphrey and her husband, Gary, of Seminary; 12 grandchildren, Tim Pickett, Bryan Creel, Lance Pickett, Clayton Creel, Alex Pickett, Daniel Pickett, Mandy Pickett, Jaime Pickett, Adam Pickett, Austin Pickett, Matthew Humphrey and Samuel Humphrey; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nathan and Mary Pickett; and two brothers, Arnold Pickett and M.F. “Bill” Pickett. Visitation will be Monday from 4:30 p.m. -8 p.m. at Moore Funeral Home in Hattiesburg and Tuesday from 10 a.m. until service time at Webb Funeral Home.
