John Micagor Suttles, 62, Meridian, RFD 3, died at the Meridian Sanitarium Sunday at 6 a.m. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mittie RoseAnn Eubanks Suttles; five daughters; Mesdames Angie Pickett, Delma Shurley, Jeannie S. Rutledge, Mary Weathers, Ethel Chatham, RFD 7 and two sons; Estell Micagor Suttles, and James Bradley Suttles, RFD 7; 2 sisters, Madames Valley Murphy, Philadelphia, and Allie Massey, Kemper County; Brother Napoleon Bonaparte Suttles, Dekalb, Ms. Funeral services were held from his residence, the Rev. C.L. Griffin officiating. Interment was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dekalb, MS. Pallbearers Active: Don Pickard, Leo Pickard, Vardaman Pickard, O.R. Tedder, T.H. Tedder, and H.M. Sollie.
