At a circuit court began and held for the county of Tishomingo at John Rives on the first monday of September (5th) 1836 his Honor F.M. Huling presiding, William B. Owens the Sheriff of said county and State of Mississippi returned into court the following venire of jurors which has been summoned by him as jurors to attend said court:
