In the name of my _____ Lord and Savior I Micajah Lindsey being in sound mind 
and memry take my pen in hand to make this my Last will and Testament as 
follows, first of all I will and bequeath my body to the literal grave and my 
Soul to that God that first gave it to me and secondly Will and bequeath to 
my beloved wife Elizabeth Lindsey one third of my personal estate her liftime 
and then each heir to have their perportionable parts of that third part of 
my estate and Thirdly I will and bequeath to my loving and obedient children 
the other two thirds of my estate namely James Lindsey, Jane Davis, Mary 
Franklin, B L Lindsey, Holland Lindsey, William C Lindsey and Elizabeth 
Jowell all an equal and proportionable parts except B L Lindsey, Holland 
Lindsey and Elizabeth Jowell I will and bequeath unto B L Lindsey and Holland 
Lindsey ten dollars each the remainder of their proportionable parts I will 
and bequeath unto their lawful heirs to be placed in the said B L Lindsey and 
Holland Lindsey hands to be equally divided and handed over as they severally 
become of age I will and bequeath unto Elizabeth Jowell all of her 
proportionable parts except the on hundred dollars that John Jowell her 
husband _____________ to enter the land he now lives on and Elizabeth Jowell 
parts to be kept by James Lindsey and to handed to her as need requires to 
her and her children does come to suffer and if James Lindsey or her husband 
John Jowell death of either of their deaths to be handed to the said 
Elizabeth Jowell to use as pleasure and Jane Davis and Mary Franklin to have 
one half of their part handed to them to dispose of as their own discretion 
and I appoint James Lindsey and Holland Lindsey to supervise and the business 
and to have a resonable compensation for them _______ I would recomend a 
private sale to save _________ I want all my wordly debts /raise and if any 
thing should arrise up against me either before or after the date of this 
will I want paid out of the estate before the divide. February fifteenth AD
