The spelling has remained the same as it was written, you can see the spelling of the names were changed this was due to the fact that it appears to have been more then one person writing.

Ordered by the Court James Mackey be appointed overseer of the Ripley road and have the same bounds & same hands as the said Mackey had in opening said road & keep said road in good order for the term of one year.
Ordered by the Court that David Walker be appointed overseer of that part of the Ripley Road that Francis Kizer was overseer of and have the same hands and the same bounds & work 2 day every 3 month for the term of one year if the road require it.
Ordered by the Court that John Done be appointed overseer of the White House road in the stead of Johnston an the road have the same bounds and same hands his bounds to work is from Jacinto to the State line

Wigle? obtain an order to Examine a mill site and the Clerk issue order to said Sheriff of said County directing him to summons 12 fine hold citizens for this purpose. Also to ___ obtain an order for the same to examine a mill site on Bridge Creek in said County.
