Exparte }
This case coming on to be heard upon the petition affidavit filed
and suggestions of Counsel. It is ordered by the court that it would be
to the interest of the petitioner to have the tract of land mentioned in
the petition sold. It is therefore considered ordered and adjudged by the
court that the master proceed to sell the same upon a Credit of Twelve
months at the Court House door in Wentworth, he first advertising
the time and place of the sale for twenty days at least, in four or more
public places one of which shall be at the Court House door in Wentworth
and that he report to the next term of this Court and that the cause be
continued for further order and direction.

This case coming on for further directions, it is ordered by
the court that the master proceed to collect the purchase money, retain
the costs of suit out of the same and pay the residue over to Archibald
Bevil the guardian of the petitioner. It is further ordered that upon the
collection of the purchase money, the master execute title to Anseslem
Reed the purchaser, and that he be allowed three dollars for the same to
be taxed in the Bill of Costs.
