The Master having submitted his report to this term in obediance to an order of the last court setting forth the sale of the land mentioned in the petition and no exception having been taken therero, it is ordered that the same be in all things confirmed. It is further considered and adjudged by the court that the master be allowed the sum of ten dollars for said sale, collecting and paying out the purchase money and executing title to the purchaser to be taxed in the Bill of Costs -- and that he report to the next term of this court how said money is to be divided and this cause is continued for further directions.
