Hooks, John Tilton, and John Howell as by patent granted to said George Bradbury bearing date Sept.. 30, 1785. Wit: David Jernigan Junír, Robert Eachus.
#618 deed bk. p.370 George Bradbury of Wayne Co. deed to Isaac Hall of same, Nov.. 17, 1786 for 80 pds specie three certain tracts of land as follows: (1) 160 acres on the north side of Little River and on the Marsh Branch adjoining William Hooks, being part of a tract of 640 acres taken up by James Bradbury, Senír bearing date Sept. 26, 1766; (2) a certain tract on the north side of Little River and on the West side of the North Branch adjoining William Hooks and James Boyt, as by patent granted to said George Bradbury bearing date Oct.. 25, 1782; (3) part of survey for 20 acres, being all of that part that lies on the west side of the of the Marsh Branch in or near Tuckersís line and adjoining the other lands, which land was surveyed for said George Bradbury and the patent is not yet issued but to be taken out at the expense of said Isaac Hall. Wit: John Howell, Elizabeth Bagget. The deed was also signed by Elizabeth Bradbury.

land that was taken up by John Tilton and by his will conveyed to his daughter,
now the wife of said Wilson, as by will and patent bearing date Sept. 30,
1785; the other survey was patented by George Bradbury, transferred to
Thos. Chm. Bradbury, by said Bradbury to Henry Wilson, and now by said
Wilson to George Bradbury, as by patent bearing date Sept. 30, 1785 for

sold to me by her husband Henry Wilson, and Alfordís land bought of said
Wilson, as bounded by Tiltonís will and as by deeds to me from Wilson and
James Bradbury and by patents. Said George Bradbury is not to sell or
lease the land during the lifetime of his father nor hinder him from cutting
necessary timber on same.
