Montague (b. abt 1827), Virginia Montague (b. abt 1828), Eliza Montague (b. abt. 1838.), and Isabella Montague (b. abt 1840. Married William W. LANGSTON). John C. and Eliza Montague's son John D. Montague became a schoolteacher in Wayne County, N.C. He married Patience THOMPSON and had two children: Samuel Dixon (Dick) Montague and Mary Mark Alberta Gertrude Elizabeth Virginia Montague (called Virginia. Married Benjamin Franklin DEANS.) After Patience Thompson Montague died, John D. Montague married Julianna Farmer of Virginia and moved to Nansemond County, Virginia (now Suffolk) where he raised a second family.     I have been told there is a write up in the Wayne Co. Heritage Book on Thomas "Nature's Beauty" UZZELL (1715-1784) by a Lib UZZELL GRIFFIN. I was also told that it is along the same lines of a book on UZZELL Ancestry by Minter UZZELL. I would like to get in contact with someone familiar with this write up and sources given. If the information in Minter UZZELL"S book is correct, then Thomas is also my ancestor as I descend from Nancy UZZELL who married Stephen LASSITER and lived in Lenoir Co. from before 1790 until her death in 1838.     Looking for information on the Kornegay family from Mount Olive, NC. Grandmother was Winnie Mae Kornegay, her mother was Lillie Kornegay and Winnie's sister was Margaret Kornegay.
