CUNNINGHAM, MCCOURT posted by Kathy Vacek on Wednesday, May 28, 2003

Hi, I am searching for information about Robert CUNNINGHAM, and his wife Bridget. They are listed on the 1885 Nebraska State census as living in Boone Precinct, Boone County, NE. Robert is 33, born in Wisconsin, and a farmer. Bridget is 23, born in Pennsylvania, and has 2 children.
I would like to find out who Bridget's parents are and if Robert died sometime between 1885 -1892. I suspect that Bridget was my grandfather's 2nd wife. My grandfather's name was David MCCOURT. He married a Bridget Cunningham (a widow) in 1892 in Omaha, NE. She was 30 years old and they were married at St. Agnes Catholic church.
I do not have any proof that this is the right Bridget CUNNINGHAM. I am still searching for records to find out who she was.
I did find a Robert Cunningham on the 1880 census listed in Shell Creek, Boone County. I have not been able to find him or Bridget on the 1900, or 1910 census - the census pages are not available for Boone County on Ancestry.com for those years.
If anyone knows anything about this family please let me know. I appreciate any help. Thanks. Kathy

Richards and Rodda came from Hazel Green, Wi. about 1872. They were Miners bt trade.
In all my research , Albion, NE has never surfaced until now ?? The pictures are very old with no names. Does any one see a connection with these Sir. Names??
Any Information would be greatly appreciated.
