ANDERSON, ARLAND, JOHNSON posted by Alice Elliott on Tuesday, October 10, 2006

Are there birth records for Arland children, probably born in Closter? Carl Johan (1886), or Lars Emil (1891 - 1909), or August Marten (1894) or Wilhelm (1888) Their surname could have been Anderson until 1891. I am very interested in finding out their father's name. Mother was Christina possibly Johnson was her maiden name.

STEELE posted by Candie Hewett on Saturday, December 2, 2006

I am looking for information on William Clarence Steele, born 23 Feb 1854 in Manitowoc WI and his wife Anna, born December 1867 in Illinois. They were married about 1894 and their son Clarence was born in Kansas in 1895. In the 1900 census they were settled in Genoa, Nance County, Nebraska. I can find them both listed in the 1910 and 1920 census in Genoa. Clarence is listed as a widower in 1930 again in Genoa. I am searching on information on their death dates and where they are buried. I am also attempting to discover Anna's maiden name. Thank you for your time! Any information will be appreciated.
