Korth ====================================================================== DOROTHY ANDERSON Funeral services for Dorothy Mae Anderson, 65, were held on Monday, January 6 at the United Methodist church in Magnet with Rev. Virginia Cammack officiating. Mrs. Emma Long was organist. Soloists were Eva Henrickson, Robert Henrickson and Georgia Henrickson. Interment was in the Magnet cemetery under the direction of the Johnson Funeral Home. Pallbearers were James Guenther, Delwyn Norman, Scott Bloomquist, Tim Albrecht, Dale Albrecht, and Kenneth Albrecht. The former Dorothy Vock was born March 15, 1920 at Coleridge. She married Merle M. Anderson on February 24, 1941 at Coleridge. The couple farmed near Newcastle until moving to Magnet in 1945. He died November 1984. She moved to Coleridge in 1985. She passed away on Friday, January 3 at the Osmond Hospital. Survivors include three sons, Albert of Wayne, Fred of San Antonio, Texas and Gordon of Washington; two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Doris) Jones of Carroll and Mrs. Leo (Gretchen) Dietrich of Concord, three sisters, Irene Kuhlman of Seneca, Kan., Erma Puppe and Marlene Anderson both of Coleridge; a brother Duane Vock of Kansas City, Kan.
