Korth ====================================================================== MERLE ANDERSON Services for Merle Anderson 68, Magnet will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Magnet Methodist Church. The Rev. Virginia Cammack will officiate with burial in the Magnet Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-9p.m. Tuesday at Johnson Funeral Home in Randolph. He died Sunday at the Osmond Hospital. Mr. Anderson was born January 18, 1916 at Dixon and married Dorothy Vock February 24, 1941 at Coleridge. The couple farmed near Newcastle until 1945 when they moved to a farm near McLean. Survivors include his wife; three sons, Albert of Wayne, Fred of San Antonio, Texas and Gordon stationed with the armed forces in Germany; two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Doris) Jones of Carroll and Mrs. Leo (Gretchen) Dietrich of Concord; five brothers, Earl of Randolph, Wayne of Laurel, Clarence of Pierce, Raymond of Avoca and Howard of Coleridge; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
