Korth ====================================================================== LARRY BENSON Larry A. Benson, 60, Magnet, died January 21, 2008 at Osmond General Hospital. Memorial services will be January 24th at 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Wausa with the inurnment in the Magnet Cemetery at a later date. Larry Allen Benson, son of LeRoy “Pete” Benson and Lorelei (Benson) Belt was born December 13, 1947. Larry attended school in Cedar County and helped with farming and milking the cows. He worked at Farmers Union, Wausa and at the Wausa Pig Co-Op until ill health caused him to retire. He liked golfing, fishing, gardening, canning and working with wood. He really enjoyed visiting with friends. He is survived by his mother Lorelei Belt, and stepfather Olin Belt, two sisters, Linda Benson and Pam Belt; one brother, Lonnie and wife Sharon, a step sister, Alicia Carlisle; aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father, sister, Lynette and grandparents Ericksons and Bensons.
