Korth ====================================================================== EARL CHRISMAN Funeral services were conducted in the Magnet Methodist church Sunday afternoon for Earl Chrisman, long time resident of the Magnet community. Mr. Chrisman died February 16 in an Omaha hospital at the age of 66. He had been in poor health for several months. Internment was in the Magnet cemetery. Mr. Chrisman had lived in Magnet 22 years and was in business there many years. Jesse Earl Chrisman, known as Jack was born at Martinsburg July 29, 1889. When he was a young man he came to the Magnet vicinity. On March 5, 1912, he was married to Ona Wilson at Wayne and they farmed in the McLean-Magnet area, later he moved to Magnet where he entered business. Survivors are two sons, Daryl Chrisman of San Francisco and Marvin Chrisman of Falls Church, VA, one daughter, Mrs. R.E. (Yvonne) Fleury of Omaha; brothers Fred of Long Pine, Gordon of Osmond; sisters, Ida Chrisman of Occoquan, VA, Mrs. Esther Lewis of Springfield, OR, and Mrs. Nellie Person of Magnet; eight grandchildren. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Chrisman, one brother and two sisters preceded him in death.
