Korth ====================================================================== EARL THOMAS COX Earl Thomas Cox was born to Art and Elizabeth (Fragel) Cox on September 15, 1917 in Iron River, Michigan. Earl worked in Duluth, MN, Omaha, NE and finally at the Modern Eye Wear in Yankton, SD. He married Dorothy Erickson on October 1, 1938 at the First Lutheran Church Parsonage in Duluth, Minnesota. Two children were born into this union, Kathy (Robert) Claussen of Wausa, NE and Thomas Cox of California. Earl passed away on May 12, 1981 at a hospital in Omaha after having surgery for colon cancer. His parents and a sister who died as a teenager from a boating accident preceded him in death. Survivors are his wife Dorothy, his two children Kathy and Thomas, five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
