Daniels, resident of the Magnet vicinity for 38 years, succumbed Tuesday at his home after a lingering illness. He has been in poor health since suffering a stroke nine years ago. Final rites will be held at the Magnet Christian church on Friday afternoon and burial will be in the Magnet cemetery. Mr. Daniels farmed north of Magnet many years and then moved into the village, where he operated an elevator as long as his health permitted. He became seriously ill Saturday night. George B. Daniels was born on September 29, 1885, at Denver, Co. Following his marriage to Alma Delozier the couple farmed north of Magnet until moving to town. Survivors are his wife, two daughters Mary and Marjorie Daniels of Kansas City, Mo.; one son George Daniels Jr. of California; two brothers, Andrew Daniels and Wallace Daniels of Denver, Co. The Secord Mortuary of Randolph is in charge of funeral arrangements.
