Korth ====================================================================== R.H. DAWSON DIES AT HOME IN MAGNET Robert H. Dawson, 63, died early Wednesday morning at the home of his son Floyd, at Magnet after an illness dating back to January 16. His body was brought to Randolph by the Secord ambulance service. Robert H. Dawson was born in Illinois August 1, 1875. As a young man he came to Belden with his parents, later lived at Crofton where he lived a number of years and some 30 years ago came to Magnet and farmed for many years in that locality. He was united in marriage to Ethel Aird of Belden, 40 years ago on February 15, 1899. He leaves four children; Mrs. A.L. Henrickson, Kenneth and Floyd of Magnet and Mrs. Chas Macklin of Wausa, one daughter died at the age of 10 years. He also leaves seven grandchildren and three sisters; Mrs. Ed Crellin, Omaha; Mrs. John Hirschman, Grant, Nebr; and Mrs. Ernest Halleen of Osmond. Funeral services will be held at the Methodist church at Magnet Friday at 2:30 p.m. with burial in the Magnet cemetery beside his wife.
