Korth ====================================================================== WILLIAM H. DELOZIER W.H. Delozier died last Friday evening at his home in Magnet. Death came shortly after the farm sale that disposed of the farm machinery and the horses and cattle with which he had worked the farmland for several years. But a few hours elapsed between the call of the auctioneer and the death summons when Mr. Delozier put aside forever the implements of this life. Mr. Delozier had been a sufferer for many months from a cancerous condition that appeared on his arms and his body. Specialists were consulted with only temporary relief and then came the verdict that there was no help. In his illness, Mr. Delozier was patient and calmly arranged his affairs, facing the facts unflinchingly. William Henry Delozier was born in Clinton, Mo., June 10, 1867 and passed away February 25 aged 59 years, 8 months and 15 days. The early part of his life was spent in Otoe and Cass Counties, Nebraska where he lived with his parents and grew to young manhood. On April 11, 1889, he was married to Lelia Beaudette at Nebraska City, who preceded him in death, December 28, 1895. In 1900 he moved to near Bancroft where he lived five years and then moved to Cedar County and has lived near Magnet most of the time since then. Deceased leaves seven daughters and four sons, one child dying in infancy. The surviving children are; Mrs. Guy Bartlett, St. Helena, Mrs. George Daniels, Magnet, Mrs. George Crellin, Brunswick; Mrs. John Lackas, Randolph, Mrs. Rudolph Habernicht Hartington, Mrs. Al Jorgensen, Magnet, Clara, Reuben, Sherman, Floyd and Elmer all of Magnet.
