Korth ====================================================================== WILMA DELOZIER DIES IN CAR WRECK Mrs. Marvin Delozier, 26, a bride of three weeks, died early Sunday morning in a Norfolk hospital of injuries received at eight o’clock Saturday night when her husband lost control of their car and the machine careened in a ditch and overturned on Highway 13 three miles north of Hadar. Her husband suffered only minor injuries, but was in a dazed condition for several hours and was unable to tell exactly how the accident occurred although he believes a front tire blew out. Passing motorist took the injured woman to the hospital where her death occurred six hours after the accident. Mr. and Mrs. Delozier were en route to Magnet to be present at the celebration of his parents’, Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Delozier’s silver wedding anniversary. Mrs. Delozier, the former Wilma Edwards, was an art teacher in the Nebraska Christian College in Norfolk, where Mr. Delozier is a second year ministry student. The couple was married September 1 at the Church of Christ in Magnet. Mr. Delozier is well known in Randolph. Funeral services were held at the Church of Christ in Norfolk with burial in the Magnet Cemetery. Surviving Mrs. Delozier are her husband, Marvin; mother, Mrs. Alva Vinton, Whitten, IA.; two sisters including Ruth, who attend Christian college in Norfolk and one brother, recently discouraged from the service.
