Korth ====================================================================== ROSS DODSON A resident of Sioux City for 11 years, Ross Dodson, 44 years old, died in a hospital at Sioux City Sunday morning, following a sickness of a year. Mr. Dodson was a railroad man most of his life and was employed as a brakeman by the Chicago, St. Paul Minneapolis and Omaha railroad. He was born in Union County, Nebr. March 23, 1888, and when he was a youth moved with his parents to Magnet Nebraska. He lived there for 18 years and then moved to Sioux City. Mr. Dodson and Miss Leona Baker were married at Magnet on October 2, 1913. Surviving Mr. Dodson is his widow Mrs. Lena Dodson; three children June, William and Yvonne all of Sioux City; two brothers William of Wakefield, Nebr. and James, who lives in California; five sisters, Mrs. Josephine Marsh of Osmond, Mrs. Orpha Martin of Wausa and Mrs. Minnie Surface, Mrs. Alma Treskow and Miss Elma Dodson all of Chicago. The Body was taken to Magnet, Nebraska where funeral services were conducted on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the Methodist church. Rev. Weik of Osmond, Nebraska officiating. Internment was made in the Magnet Cemetery.
