Korth ====================================================================== MARY JONES Funeral services were held at the Methodist church in Magnet Sunday afternoon for Mrs. Mary Jones, 86, resident of Magnet 44 years, who succumbed at her home there on May 30. Burial was made in the Magnet Cemetery. Mary A. Douge was born at Union, Nebr. on December 28, 1859, the daughter of Nathan and Elizabeth Douge. She was married to Richard E. Jones at Nebraska City on September 19, 1878. In 1902 the family moved to Magnet. Mr. Jones died in 1937. Surviving her are two daughters, Mrs. M.M. Freeman of Magnet and Mrs. H.W. Yaryan of Los Angeles, Calif.; five sons, Walter Jones of Central City, Earl of Los Angeles, Carl of Norfolk and Richard of Magnet; 25 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
