Korth ====================================================================== ALMA PAULSON Final rites for Mrs. Ed Paulsen, 68, have been tentatively set for Friday at 2 p.m. in the Methodist Church. Interment will be at Magnet. Mrs. Paulson died Tuesday night shortly before midnight at a Sioux City hospital, where she had been taken that afternoon. In poor health for a year, she was taken suddenly ill Monday. Members of her family with the exception of Harold Paulson, a son, were at her bedside Tuesday. Alma Carlson was born May 13, 1890 at Oakland. When 20 years of age, she came to the Wausa community and on December 13, 1910, she was married to Ed Paulson. They lived there three years and in Minnesota for three years before moving to Oakland. From Oakland they came to Wausa, where they resided for 12 years. In 1941, they moved to Randolph, which has since been their home. Surviving Mrs. Paulson are her husband; two sons, Harold of Sun Valley, Calif. And Lloyd of Winside; three daughters, Mrs. Vincent Anderson of Lincoln, Mrs. David Winkelbauer of Randolph and Geraldine of Omaha; three brothers, Oscar of Lyons, Axel and Charlie of Oakland; three sisters, Mrs. Sylvia Woodring of Denver, Mrs. Sig Johnson of Kansas City, Mrs. Elsie Anderson of Oakland; 14 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
