Korth ====================================================================== ALBERT PERSON Funeral services for Albert Person, 57, prominent Magnet businessman for many years were conducted Tuesday afternoon in the Methodist Church. Burial was in the Magnet Cemetery. Mr. Person died early Sunday in the Osmond Hospital where he had been taken the previous day. He had been in failing health for six months and his condition was critical several weeks before his death. Proprietor of a grocery store at Magnet 11 years, he was active in civic, school and social activities of that community. He was a farmer before entering business at Magnet. Albert Person was born at Stanton September 3, 1898. His father died when he was a small child and later he lived for nine years with Mr. and Mrs. Fred Backhaus in the McLean community. On January 25, 1926 he was married to Nelle Chrisman of Magnet. He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Marilyn Henrickson and Patricia, both of Magnet; sister, Mrs. Martin Johnson of Rickerfall, Ore.; three half brothers, Lloyd of Hoskins, Alvin of Winside and Kenneth of Beatrice. His parents and one sister preceded him in death.
