NELLIE PERSON

Services for Nellie A. Person, 86, Magnet were conducted Tuesday at the 
Magnet Methodist Church. She died Saturday at Osmond General Hospital.

She was born August 9, 1904, near McLean, the daughter of Charles and Nettie 
(Smith) Chrisman. On January 25, 1926, she married Albert Person. They farmed 
near McLean and later moved to Magnet where they owned and operated a grocery 
store from 1943 until her husband’s death in 1956. Mrs. Person was a 59-year 
member of the Magnet Methodist Church.
Survivors include daughters, Mrs. William (Patricia) Hengstler of Creighton and 
Mrs. Glen (Marilyn) Henrickson of Gig Harbor Wash.; four grandchildren and four 
great grandchildren; one sister Esther Lewis of Springfield, Ore.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers and three 
sisters.
