Korth ====================================================================== ADELLA SOOST Funeral services for Mrs. William Soost, 88, formerly of Magnet and Norfolk who died February 20 at the home of her, daughter Mrs. L.F. Beckenhauer, at O’Neill will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Prescott Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Burial will be at Magnet. Leuenhagen, the daughter of August and Cathering (Stuher) Leuenhagen, was born February 14, 1871 at Davenport, Iowa. When she was a small child, the family moved from Iowa to the Eden Valley Community. She married William Soost in 1888 and they farmed in Eden Valley. The family moved to the Magnet community in 1901 and they became prominent citizens of the community. In 1920, they moved to Norfolk, Nebr., where they lived until William’s death on August 2, 1950. Five children survive their mother; Mrs. Beckenhauer and Mrs. Irene Stober of Randolph, Fred of Mitchell, SD., Ed of Bloomfield and Harry of Washougal, Wash.
