CLARA TILTON

Services for Clara Tilton, 89, Magnet will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the 
United Methodist Church in Magnet. She died Monday at the Osmond Hospital.

She was born April 3, 1898 at Custer, SD, the daughter of Alonzo and Dora 
(Rogers) Stagg. She married Harry Tilton on February 20, 1916 at Bloomfield. 
He preceded her in death. Mrs. Tilton was a member of the Magnet United 
Methodist Church and WSC.

Survivors include daughters, Ellis Tilton and Mrs. Maxine Thierolf both of 
Magnet and Mrs. Leonard (Marjorie) Novacek of Winnetoon, nine grandchildren 
and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, one son, one granddaughter, one 
brother, four sisters, five stepsisters and one stepbrother.
