Korth ====================================================================== HARRY TILTON Funeral services for Harry M. Tilton, 79, of Magnet were held Thursday afternoon at the Magnet Methodist Church. He had been a resident of the Magnet Community the past 15 years, where he was in partnership with his son in a service station. Mr. Tilton passed away May 20th. Harrison Morton Tilton was born September 13, 1888 at Irving, Iowa. He moved to Nebraska with his parents at the age of eight. They settled in Dixon County where he grew to manhood and received his education. When he was 21 years old he moved to Texas and two years later he returned to Nebraska to Dixon County. Later he moved to Bloomfield where he was united in marriage to Clara Stagg on February 20, 1917. Survivors include his wife, Clara; two daughters, Mrs. Ona (Maxine) Thierolf of Magnet, Mrs. Leonard (Marjorie) Novacek of Plainview, one son Ellis Tilton of Magnet; two brothers Webb Tilton of Yucca Valley, Calif., one sister Mrs. Ruby Knudson of South Sioux City, nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son Lowell, a granddaughter, two brothers and one sister.
