Gowery, wife of a prominent farmer living northeast of Wynot was terribly burned a few days ago by the explosion of an incubator lamp which threw burning oil over her clothing. The fire was extinguished by members of the family after which she was given the best medical treatment and later was taken to a Sioux City hospital in order that she many have every care and attention.
