This file was contributed for use in the NEGenWeb Archives by Carol Tramp ====================================================================== CEDAR COUNTY NEWS - SEPTEMBER 4, 1930 Visitors Get Shock On Arrival Sunday Expecting to find Nebraska all burned up, and instead finding plenty of green things growing gave Mrs. Clara Marsh and son, Dr. Ralph Marsh, of Mukwanago, Wis. quite a shock when they arrived here last Sunday evening to visit with Mrs. Marsh's son, O.C. Marsh and family southwest of Hartington. Dr. Marsh says that folks had told him there was nothing left in Nebraska after the drought, but that instead he finds things here in better shape than they are at his home.
