A.F. Herfkens who is moving to Wayne to be a resident manager of the Wayne Livestock and Sales Pavillion. Cards were the entertainment of the evening after which an oyster supper was enjoyed at the Hackl Cafe. Mr. Herfkens has been a resident of this community for over 20 years, farming and specializing in purebred hogs and the last two years has been one of northeast Nebraska's popular auctioneers. His farm sale last Wednesday was a large and successful one.
