Mr. Noe says that splitting wood is his favorite hobby and conditioning exercise. He formerly lived in Coleridge and Randolph and went to Bloomfield October 1, 1890, on the day that the first sale of town lots was being held to establish the new town. He was a carpenter for many years. He married Miss Bessie Lauver, April 16, 1892
