The club was organized in January, 1922 by Mrs. E.J. Morin, now of Omaha. Through the years members have moved away and new ones have taken their place. Of the original membership of twelve, two charter members still remain in Wynot, and two in nearby towns. AS older members moved away new names were added to the membership roll and meetings were held the last Friday of each month. During the past year the club had only seven members and as these scattered it was difficult to hold regular meetings so that it was with deep regret that the club, after thirty years of very pleasant association, thought it best to disband. A social afternoon was enjoyed and a pot luck lunch was served. Guests at lunch were Miss Ella Larson and Mrs. Mildred Olson. The remaining fund in the club was donated to the March of Dimes.
