The noon dinner was served to 70 relatives and close friends. Mrs. Herbert Bottolfsen and Mrs. Anton Jensen, Sr., were dining room hostesses. Assisting in the kitchen were Mesdames William Bracht, Glen Olson, Edwin H. Pinkelman, Melbert Rasmussen and Merlin Andersen. At the reception a wedding cake decorated in gold and white centered the serving table. Candles and flower arrangements of gold and white were included in the table decorations. Dianne Bottolfsen was in charge of registering the guests; Kathleen Gothier and Janet Bergman opened and dislayed the cards and gifts. Mrs. Kermit smith poured and Mrs. Daryl Relf served the punch. Assisting in the kitchen were Mrs. Francis Whitehorn, Mrs. Dale Bergman, Mrs. Glen Bergman and Mrs. Kendall Smith. A short program was presented during the afternoon. Paul Gothier and Margaret Jensen were married February 23, 1916, at Hartington. They have resided on the same farm east of Hartington since that time and have remained in their home since retirmement. They are the parents of 2 sons, Lowell of Omaha and Austin of Hartington, and have 6 grandchildren. Present for the event were all their brothers and sisters--Gerald Gothier, of Loveland, colo., Ernest Gothier of Flandreau, S.D., Louis Gothier, of San Francisco, Calif., Earl Gothier of St. Clair Shores, Mich., Mrs. Roy Armstrong, of Flandreau, Mrs. Earl Williams of Orofino, Ida., Mrs. Julius Grindvold of Circle, Mont., and Mrs. Joe Bergman.
