Gless - available at the Schuyler City Library, Lincoln Historical Society and the Mormon Genealogical Society Library in Salt Lake City.[This book is] . . . . an account of the life of Andrew and Sophia (Huetter) Gless as they lived in the communities of Blue Grass, Iowa, Rogers and Schuyler, Nebraska. The story begins with a discussion of the circumstances that prompted Andrew to leave France and his arrival in New York City in 1872. It tells of his move to Iowa, the beginning of the family following his marriage to Sophia Huetter, his move to the farm near Rogers, and ends with biographical sketches of many of their 503 descendants as reported in 1996.
